Tomatoes and other vegetables that are higher in fiber can also be added as well.

If you are a seafood lover while diabetic at the same time as well then you can consider adding steamed fish can to your diet plan. You can have steamed fish in your dinner in any manner you like. Steam fish is efficient and healthy for diabetic patients because it doesn’t have any oily or fat content involved. You can choose your favorite kind of fish; slice some ginger and chilies and place them on top of it to give it some spice, and then pour some water and Soya sauce followed by the steaming process. Let the meal stay in the steamer for about 15 minutes after which you would have a delightful meal ready to be served.

Pancakes are always a wonderful addition to the diet plan for diabetic patients. You can make flavored pancakes from the scratches of your home utilities and have them with apple juice in breakfast to start off with something healthy and nutritious. To add up some taste, you can add some peanut butter or jam to it as well.
